The steps for the Simultaneous 1031 Exchange are the same as the Delayed 1031 Exchange.

Please note: There is no guarantee that the funds will be available for the purchase on a simultaneous 1031 exchange unless the closing on the sale and the purchase are held at the same closing agent as delays can occur when funds are transferred through the banking system which are out of the control of the Qualified Intermediary.
